Carly Pearson, Rock Wall Climbing

“It is not the circumstance that defines us, it’s how we rise above it that molds our character.” In this first of a two part segment, Gary talks wit Carly Pearson, a wildland firefighter who suffered a catastrophic injury in the line of duty. She talks about how she overcame her physical difference to continue to do the things she loves such as rock climbing and bicycling.
